目的探讨可吸收性胶原生物膜应用于齿槽裂植骨修复的临床效果。方法选择2006—2009年在广东省口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的单侧齿槽裂患者108例,年龄9~13岁,随机分为2组。对照组60例单纯应用髂骨松质骨行植骨修复,试验组48例应用髂骨松质骨加可吸收胶原生物膜覆盖行植骨修复。术后1周及3、6、12个月行X线检查。结果试验组植骨成活率和临床成功率(97.9%、79.2%)高于对照组(86.7%、58.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体髂骨加可吸收胶原生物膜联合应用于齿槽裂植骨修复中,可有效提高植骨成功率,为后续治疗提供更好保障,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of absorbable collagen biofilm applied to alveolar cleft grafting. Methods One hundred and eight patients with unilateral crenation who were treated at Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Guangdong Stomatological Hospital between 2006 and 2009 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 60 cases of simple iliac cancellous bone graft repair, the experimental group of 48 cases of iliac cancellous bone plus absorbable collagen membrane covered bone graft repair. One week after surgery and 3,6,12 months underwent X-ray examination. Results The survival rate and clinical success rate (97.9%, 79.2%) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (86.7%, 58.3%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of autologous iliac bone and absorbable collagen biofilm can be used in the repair of alveolar cleft grafting, which can effectively improve the success rate of bone graft and provide better protection for follow-up treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
