为了比较柳枝稷的鲜样品与干样品生产乙醇的差异,首先对柳枝稷鲜样品和干样品进行稀酸水解研究,接着用本实验室酵母菌种Y7对两种原料的稀酸水解糖液进行未脱毒的乙醇发酵。研究结果表明:柳枝稷鲜样品稀酸水解的纤维素和半纤维素转化率、还原糖得率和水解液的乙醇产率都明显优于风干样品。该研究为柳枝稷的充分利用生产乙醇提供了新的有效途径。
In order to compare the ethanol production of fresh and dried samples of switchgrass, we studied the dilute acid hydrolysis of fresh and dry samples of switchgrass, and then did not take off the dilute acid hydrolyzate of the two raw materials with our laboratory yeast strain Y7 Toxic ethanol fermentation. The results showed that the fresh acid hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose, the yield of reducing sugar and the yield of ethanol in hydrolyzate of fresh samples of switchgrass were significantly better than those of dried samples. This study provides a new and effective way for full utilization of switchgrass to produce ethanol.
