为了使在高速飞行器上所用石英谐振器具有能承受高强度振动和冲击的能力,把石英谐振器常用的磷铜丝支架改为特殊形状的镍片支架,研制出了96MHz 高频石英谐振器。给出了设计、制作方法和在正弦机械振动频率为10~2000Hz 扫描振动下的静态实验测试数据.测试数据表明,经过3小时以上的振动,这种高频石英谐振器承受住了300m/s~2的振动加速度.还简要地叙述了锁相环路中所用高频石英谐振器对振动加速度的要求.
In order to make high-speed aircraft used in quartz resonators have the ability to withstand high-intensity vibration and shock, the common use of quartz resonator phosphor bronze stent into a special shape of the nickel sheet support, developed a 96MHz high-frequency quartz resonator.
