作者研究了纸烟烟雾与NO_2对动物呼吸系统的影响。大鼠用纸烟烟雾及NO:分别进行吸人染毒后,发现肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)都有改变。用以下两种方式进行试验:(1)纸烟烟雾染毒:将Wistar大鼠(体重约175 g)置于0.1 m~3染毒箱中,1小时用1、3、5支纸烟的次烟流进行8小时/日、连续5日的吸人染毒。(2)NO:染毒:将大鼠置于0.1 m~3染毒箱中,以2 ppm的NO_2进行8小时/日、连续5日吸入染毒;另用6升的染毒箱,以1、10、20 ppm的NO_2,进行4小时/日、连续5日吸人染毒。染毒完了16小时,用磷酸缓冲液灌洗肺泡4次。取20 ml灌洗液,再从其中取一部
The authors studied the effects of cigarette smoke and NO 2 on animal respiratory system. Rat cigarette smoke and NO: were inhaled exposure, we found alveolar lavage fluid protein content, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) have changed. The test was conducted in two ways: (1) Tobacco smoke exposure: Wistar rats (weighing about 175 g) were placed in a 0.1 m ~ Flow for 8 hours / day, for 5 consecutive days of inhalation exposure. (2) NO: Exposure: The rats were placed in a 0.1 m ~ 3 infection chamber and treated with NO 2 at 2 ppm for 8 hours / day for 5 consecutive days.
