我国教育有良好的传统,在基础知识、基础技能的训练上积累了比较完善的经验。但相比之下,我们却忽视了对学生创造性思维的培养。特别是在高考这根指挥棒的挥舞下,为了最大可能的争取上线人数,考什么教什么,教什么记什么的教育模式使传授知识和接受知识这样的填鸭式教学几乎成为学校教育的惟一标准。也正是受这惟一标准的桎梏,我们通过填鸭式的教学方法培养了不少高分考试能手,拥有了大量的知识累积型人才,却未能培养出让社会满意地具有创新精神与创造能力的杰出人才。
