试验选用耐低温弱光能力不同的 3个黄瓜品种进行低温处理 ,结果表明 ,温度对黄瓜幼苗根系活力影响很大。昼 /夜温度低于 2 4/10℃时 ,根活力受到抑制。温度低于 16 /6℃时 ,根系活力下降 30 %~ 6 0 %。耐寒性不同的黄瓜品种根系对低温胁迫的适应能力不同。一定低温条件下幼苗根系活力大小可作为判断幼苗受害程度和黄瓜品种间抗寒能力的参考指标。低温对黄瓜幼苗生物学产量的影响非常明显 ,对根系的影响大于对茎叶的影响 ,黄瓜幼苗根系忍耐低温的下限比茎叶高。
Three cucumber cultivars with different tolerance to low temperature and poor light were selected for low temperature treatment. The results showed that temperature had a great effect on the root activity of cucumber seedlings. At day / night temperatures below 24/10 ° C, root activity was inhibited. When the temperature is lower than 16/6 ℃, the root activity decreased by 30% ~ 60%. The cucumber varieties with different cold tolerance have different adaptability to low temperature stress. The seedling root vitality under a certain low temperature can be used as a reference index to judge the degree of seedling damage and the ability of cold resistance among cucumber varieties. The effect of low temperature on the biological yield of cucumber seedlings was very obvious, the effect on the root system was greater than that on the stems and leaves, and the lower tolerance limit of root tolerance in cucumber seedlings was higher than that of stems and leaves.
