本文以河南省三所主要的民办高校为例,探讨了民办高校青年英语教师队伍的培养,通过这一研究,以期对民办高校青年英语教师的培养提供参考,为建设一支高素质、稳定的英语教师队伍提供借鉴。
Taking the three major private universities in Henan Province as an example, this paper explores the cultivation of young English teachers in private colleges and universities.
