目的探讨富含不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E等重要营养素的小麦胚制剂对大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法动物标本用LKB-Ⅳ型超薄切片机切片,电镜观察。结果9周动物实验表明,高剂量制剂组大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平显著地低于高脂模型组(P<0.01),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著地高于高脂模型组(P<0.01),低剂量制剂组大鼠血清TC、TG亦呈下降,HDL-C水平提高;又经光镜、电镜病理学观察证实,麦胚制剂可显著地减少肝脏脂质积累,其抗脂肪肝作用优于月见草油。结论小麦胚制剂作为一种营养性食品,在抗脂肪肝、防治心脑血管疾病方面有着广阔的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the effects of wheat germ containing unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and other important nutrients on lipid metabolism in rats. Methods Animal specimens were sectioned by LKB-IV ultrathin microtome and observed with electron microscope. Results The results of 9 weeks of animal experiments showed that the levels of TC and TG in high dose group were significantly lower than those in high fat model group (P <0.01), serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P <0.01). The levels of serum TC, TG and HDL-C of rats in low dose group were also decreased, and the level of HDL-C was also increased. The results of light microscope and electron microscopy confirmed , Wheat germ preparations can significantly reduce liver lipid accumulation, anti-fatty liver effect is superior to evening primrose oil. Conclusion As a nutritious food, wheat embryo has broad application prospects in anti-fatty liver and prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
