基因突变问题是高中生物课中《生物的变异》一节中的主要内容之一。其难点为基因突变导致性状变异的原因。教材中是以镰刀型贫血症的产生机制为例,并借助于学生所掌握的基因控制蛋白质的合成,即“中心法则”的知识来讲解的。为配合教学,设计绘制了一种抽动式的教学挂图。由于结合感性认识来讲解理论性较强的内容,所以能促进学生对问题的理解,提高教学效果,现将制作方法介绍于下: 1.用图画纸按图1绘出底图,并沿虚线所示部位割出窄缝,供活动画条穿过。
