烟管菌降解孔雀石绿染料的多因素优化分析

采用静止开敞式培养法研究了烟管菌(Bjerkandera adusta xx-2)降解孔雀石绿染料过程中碳源、氮源、金属离子、盐度对脱色率的影响.通过正交试验,得出菌种最佳培养条件是;碳源(C6H5Na3O7·2H2O)质量浓度为4 g/L、氮源(NH4Cl)质量浓度为0.8 g/L、金属离子(Znn2+)质量浓度为0.15 g/L、盐度(NaCl)质量浓度为8g/L.在上述各培养条件下,对质量浓度为100 mg/L不灭菌的孔雀石绿溶液静止培养5天,脱色率达98%以上.结果表明,该菌对处理以孔雀石绿为主要成分的印染废水具有较好的应用潜力.
