新型耳矫治器对小儿先天性耳廓畸形治疗效果分析

目的:分析新型耳矫治器对小儿先天性耳廓畸形的矫治疗效,以期推广临床应用。方法:使用新型EarWell耳矫治器对29例(38耳)先天性耳廓畸形患儿进行矫治,定期随访,密切观察。矫治前后对比照片由耳科、整形科医生及患儿家属共同评价,根据改善程度分为优、良、差。结果:29例(38耳)先天性耳廓畸形中,招风耳2例,杯状耳7例,垂耳4例,Stahl’s耳4例,耳轮畸形4例,conchal crus畸形3例,混合性畸形4例,隐耳5例,结构畸形5例。其中2例患者(2耳)因依从性差于佩戴第3天放弃治疗,其余36例接受矫治耳均有不同程度改善,EarWell矫治器治疗成功率为94%(结果为优或良)。结论:采用EarWell耳矫治器治疗耳廓形态畸形疗效显著,早期即可取得满意效果。Earwell对新生儿耳廓形态畸形及轻度结构畸形的矫治成功率高,疗效取决于耳畸形严重程度以及开始矫治时间。无创矫治开始越早(出生后1周内),效果越好,矫治器佩戴时间越短。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the curative effect of new otologic appliance on congenital auricular deformity in children, with a view to promoting its clinical application. METHODS: Twenty-nine children (38 ears) with congenital auricle deformity were treated with the new EarWell orthotics, followed up regularly and closely. Correction photos before and after treatment by the otology, orthopedic doctors and their families were evaluated, according to the degree of improvement is divided into excellent, good and bad. Results: In 29 cases (38 ears) of congenital auricle deformity, 2 cases were induced by windy ears, 7 cases with goblet ears, 4 cases with lugs, 4 cases with Stahl’s ears, 4 cases with helical wheel malformation, 3 cases with conchal crus deformity, mixed deformity 4 cases, 5 cases of hidden ear, 5 cases of structural deformity. Two of the 2 patients (2 ears) gave up their treatment because of poor compliance and the other 3 days after wearing. The remaining 36 cases received different treatments to improve their ears. The success rate of EarWell appliance was 94% (excellent or good). Conclusion: The EarWell ear appliance is effective in treating the ear morphogenesis. Early results can be obtained. Earwell on the newborn auricle morphology and mild structural deformity correction success rate is high, the efficacy depends on the severity of ear deformity and the beginning of treatment time. The sooner noninvasive treatment (within 1 week after birth), the better the effect, the shorter the appliance wear.
