本研究的目的是收集16天卧床对中国受试者钙、磷、氮影响的数据。受试者是5名健康成年男子。实验中观察到,卧床期钙、磷、氮平衡都是负的,平均总净丧失量分别为每人1.73、3.23、40.74g,平均每月钙丧失量约占总体钙的0.3%。同时还观察到,卧床期尿钙和尿羟脯氨酸排出量较对照值显著增加。在卧床期末,血清碱性磷酸酶活性较对照值显著减低而血尿素氮浓度较对照值显著增加。实验证明,16天卧床导致骨质和肌肉丧失。
The purpose of this study was to collect data on the effects of 16-day bed rest on calcium, phosphorus and nitrogen in Chinese subjects. Subjects were 5 healthy adult men. During the experiment, it was observed that the balance of calcium, phosphorus and nitrogen in the bedridden period was negative, with an average total net loss of 1.73, 3.23 and 40.74g per person, respectively. The average monthly calcium loss accounted for about 0.3% of the total calcium. At the same time also observed that bedridden urinary calcium and urinary hydroxyproline excretion than the control value increased significantly. At the end of the bedridden period, serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly reduced compared to the control and blood urea nitrogen concentration was significantly increased over the control. Experiments show that 16 days of bed lead to loss of bone and muscle.
