设计开发了一种用于微型飞行器半实物仿真实验的三轴摇摆台。摇摆台通过三个独立的轴系来实现所需要仿真的三个转角 ,下层轴系利用大输出力矩的步进电机进行开环控制 ,中、上层轴系利用直流电机配合高精度编码器进行闭环控制。通过计算机控制系统来控制摇摆台的角位移输出。
A three-axis rocking table is designed and developed for the semi-physical simulation of a micro-aircraft. The swing table realizes the three corners of the simulation needed by three independent shaft systems. The lower shaft system uses the large output torque stepper motor to open-loop control. The middle and upper shaft systems use the DC motor with high-precision encoder to close the loop control. Through the computer control system to control the swing table of the angular displacement output.
