“首届中国白酒与健康学术研讨会”于2006年9月在贵阳举行。“研讨会”提高了人们对白酒的科学、客观、实事求是的认识和评价,倡导“科学、文明、适量饮酒有益健康”的饮酒观念和新风,为白酒正本清源、重塑形象。首次围绕传统名白酒功能性组分对人体的生理作用进行了一次科学论证。
The First China Symposium on Liquor and Health was held in Guiyang in September 2006. The Symposium raised people’s awareness and evaluation of science, objectivity and seeking truth from facts. It advocated the concept of drinking and the fresh air of “scientific, civilized and proper drinking and good health”, and provided a clear source and a remodeling of the original liquor. For the first time around the traditional name of white wine functional components of the physiological role of the human body conducted a scientific demonstration.
