《性自命出》是一篇专门的儒家心、性、情论作,但文中插入了两段谈乐的文字。对比《乐记》可知,在儒家思想里,乐论与心、性、情论的关系密不可分,心、性、情论是乐论的思想理论基础;唯其如此,乐对人的心性又有着其他任何事物所不能替代或者不及的深远影响,这既是《性自命出》论乐的根本目的所在,同时也表明其著者是一位深通乐理的儒者。本文兹从以下三个方面,结合传世文献(以《乐记》为主),对《性自命出》中的乐论进行探讨。

Only in this way, There are other things that can not be replaced by or far-reaching influence, which is not only “sexual self-nomination” of the fundamental purpose of music, but also shows that the author is a deep-seated Confucian. This article from the following three aspects, combined with the handed down from the literature (with “music” as the main), the “sexual self-nomination” in the music is discussed.
