第10号染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(PTEN)是目前发现的第一个具有双特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,可以多途径的抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移;基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)是降解基底膜最重要的基质金属蛋白酶,在肿瘤侵袭和转移中起促进作用。PTEN的失活以及与MMP-2的相互作用,在膀胱肿瘤的发生发展和转移中产生重要作用。
The chromosome 10 homologous loss-type phosphatase-tensin gene (PTEN) is the first found tumor suppressor gene with bispecific phosphatase activity and can inhibit the infiltration and metastasis of tumor in many ways. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase -2 (MMP-2) is the most important matrix metalloproteinase that degrades the basement membrane and plays a role in tumor invasion and metastasis. Inactivation of PTEN and its interaction with MMP-2 play an important role in the development and metastasis of bladder tumor.
