红领巾小社团是学校少先队活动的一个重要载体,是队员们寻找快乐、体验快乐、获得快乐的自主阵地。“把快乐的童年还给孩子”是我校创建红领巾小社团的组团理念。我们的红领巾小社团不仅仅是优秀队员的秀场,更是全体队员的乐园!一、源起:红领巾小社团初见端倪2006年12月,我校的“绿色畅想”社团在由全国少工委办公室组织的2005—2006年度“童趣杯”全国优秀红领巾小社团评选活动中获得了“全国优秀还要考虑如何对各社团开展的活动进行跟踪管理,对各社团进行考核,从而帮助各社团学会总结,在新的学年扬长避短,不断创新。是否要考虑实行末位淘汰制,对于个别活动开展得很不成功的社团,要求解散社团,一年后再重新申报,实行挫折教育?在评价方面,我们已有的做法仍只停留在个体的评价,如每年六一各社团会根据实际情况民主评选出3-5名优秀社团成员。如何进行团队的评价,以及有更多机会让各社团在各层面都有动静态的展示,都值得我们探索。四是如何引导”红领巾小社团“的发展和壮大。如何为各社团开展活动创造机会和提供平台,包括协调学校为小社团开展活动提供时间、活动场所和必要资金,让社团有机会进行宣传,招收更多的成员?如何有更多的老师、家长、社会的资源成为我们社团的辅导员?如何筹备充分的活动展示?五是如何通过”红领巾小社团“让少先队活动课程更具生命力。虽然我们的社团活动已经纳入学校课程,但还没有形成一门独具特色的少先队活动课程。因此,社团活动课程化是我们今后努力的方向。红领巾小社团创新发展是一个长期而丰富的课题,我们所有少先队辅导员只有以创新的思维和视角,把孩子的快乐作为首要目标,在实践中不断摸索,不断积累,不断总结,才能真正促进红领巾小社团的可持续化发展。
