加强計劃管理是今年建築企業的中心工作之一,上半年我局所有較大工地,一般都重視丁計划管理的各項工作,不少工地均在施工前編製了施工組織設計,對施工程序、施工方法、現場佈置、勞力調配及材料、工具的供應等,都作了適當安排,少數工地並在開工後認真的編製了施工作業計劃,因之,開工以來施工現場的秩序一般比較良好,人力、材科與工具的浪费現象大為減少,生產效力提高了,施工進度加快了,這就給進一步貫徹計劃管理奠定了一定基礎。但由於有些公司、工地的领導幹部還沒有認識到作業計划與工程任務單是計划管理的中心環節,大部工地開工後沒有在施工組織設計的基礎上進一步編製施工作業計劃和推行工程任務單,致使施工組織設計得不到具體貫徹,施工管理上仍
