传统的水泥稳定类半刚性基层往往存在抗裂性差以及施工和易性不好等缺点,为了克服这些缺点,引入水泥粉煤灰稳定粒料这种新型半刚性基层材料。研究了掺不同剂量粉煤灰的水泥粉煤灰稳定粒料基层的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、回弹模量等路用性能,并同水泥稳定粒料基层的路用性能进行了对比。试验结果表明:利用10%粉煤灰等量替代碎石的水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层具有良好的路用性能,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
In order to overcome these shortcomings, the traditional semi-rigid base of cement stabilized semi-rigid base often has the disadvantages of poor crack resistance and poor construction workability. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the new semi-rigid base material with cement-flyash stabilized aggregate is introduced. The unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, rebound modulus and other road performance of cement fly ash stabilized granular aggregate with different dosage of fly ash were studied. Performance has been compared. The test results show that the cement-fly ash-stabilized macadam base with 10% fly ash instead of crushed stone has good road performance, and has broad prospects of engineering application.
