经调查,我发现在我园内大多幼儿都是独生子女,家长对他们更是呵护有加。然而,家长往往忽视了对孩子生活自理能力的培养。这就容易造成孩子对家长过度依赖,以及自理能力欠缺的问题。大多数小班幼儿还需要教师帮忙进食和入厕,并且很多孩子吃东西前不洗手,上课时满教室奔跑,甚至还有的孩子会随地小便……但是,小班幼儿正处于人生的初始阶段,有极大的可塑性。作为教师,我应该抓住时机,帮助他们迈好人生的第一步。为此,根据小班幼儿的年龄特点,我尝试在一日活动中采用不同的形式,来帮助幼儿主动的遵守常规,并且养成一个良好的常规习惯。 After investigation, I found that in my garden most of the children are only child, parents are more care for them. However, parents often overlook the cultivation of children’s ability to take care of themselves. This can easily lead to children over-dependence on parents, as well as lack of self-care problems. Most children in small classes also need teachers to help with eating and drinking. Many children do not wash their hands before eating, when their classes are full, and even children urinate everywhere. However, young children in small classes are at an early stage of their lives and have Great plasticity. As a teacher, I should seize the opportunity to help them to take the first step in their lives. To this end, I try to take different forms for day activities based on the age characteristics of children in small classes to help young children take the initiative to follow the rules and develop good common practices.
