On August 23, the 2nd National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Competition opened in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, with 30 hazardous chemicals emergency rescue teams from 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and related central enterprises 240 players participated in the eight major items, a three-day fierce competition.
