近年来,随着生活水平的不断提高,种植业结构的不断调整,蔬菜、水果、食用菌、中药材等特色作物在城乡居民的餐桌上占据越来越重要的地位。和大宗作物相比,这类作物种植规模小,但区域性、时令性、鲜食性、经济性更为突出,在很多地区已成为农民增收和国内外贸易的支柱产品。但同样因为规模小,特色作物生产过程中普遍存在着病虫害防治“无登记农药可用”的尴尬,农民乱用药的情况多有发生,给农产品质量安全造成隐患。农产品质量安全问题日益严重,解决小众作物用药问题迫在眉睫。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of living standards and continuous adjustment of planting structure, special crops such as vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and Chinese herbal medicines occupy more and more important positions on the tables of urban and rural residents. Compared with the bulk crops, such crops are small-scale but more prominent in regional, seasonal, freshness and economy. In many areas, these crops have become the pillar products for increasing peasants’ incomes and domestic and foreign trade. But also because of the small scale, there are common embarrassing diseases and insect pests prevention and control in the process of the production of distinctive crops. Pesticide abuse by peasants often occurs, posing hidden dangers to the quality and safety of agricultural products. The problem of quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming more and more serious. It is imminent to solve the problem of drug use in niche crops.
