氧气瓶上用的四方接头的四方部分和槽过去全是由钳工用手工方法加工出来的,加工一件需要15分钟。在大跃进中,二级技工陈桂珍同志在党的教育下和老师傅帅以武的帮助下,以敢想敢干的精神,创造一种在一道工序上开槽铣四方用的工具。用这个工具开槽铣四方可以在铣床上进行多刀加工,只要2分18秒的时间就可以加工好96件,生产效率提高620倍。为了交流经验,现将工具及加工方法介绍给大家以供参考。工具的构造很简单,如图1所示。1是工件。2是夹具,中间开有孔,共4行,每行16个孔,可放64个工件;夹具2的两旁开有三角槽,每边16个,可放32个工件。中间的工件由底座3卡住,两旁工件用虎钳夹紧。铣床的主轴上装
