目的:了解温州市区5岁以下儿童血清维生素A(Vitamin A,VA)水平及VA缺乏现状。方法:采用改进的微量荧光光度法,对入选1268例儿童进行血清VA检测。结果:1268例儿童VA平均值(1.71±0.72)μmol/L。无VA缺乏病例,亚临床型维生素A缺乏(SVAD)患病率为4.10%,可疑SVAD患病率为8.28%。儿童VA水平随年龄增长而增高,各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男、女童血清VA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温州市区属于轻度VA缺乏地区,应加强监测和提倡婴幼儿科学喂养、营养知识科普宣传等针对措施。
Objective: To understand the level of vitamin A (VA) and the status of VA deficiency in children under 5 in Wenzhou urban area. Methods: A modified micro-fluorescence method was used to detect serum VA in 1268 children. Results: The average VA of 1268 children (1.71 ± 0.72) μmol / L. There were no VA-deficient cases, the prevalence of subclinical vitamin A deficiency (SVAD) was 4.10%, and the prevalence of suspected SVAD was 8.28%. The VA level of children increased with age, with significant difference between all age groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum VA between boys and girls (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The urban area of Wenzhou belongs to the area of mild VA deficiency. Measures should be taken to monitor and promote the scientific feeding of infants and young children and popular science knowledge of nutritional knowledge.
