Objective: To explore the effect of sub-plateau training on some biochemical indexes of minority boxers. Methods: Eleven elite minority boxers preparing for the 15th Doha Asian Games were divided into two groups: Pre-sub-plateau training, Sub-plateau training on the 10th day, Sub-plateau training on the 20th day and Sub-plateau training on the 10th day at 9:00 Blood samples were taken from empty stomach at 9:30 and morning urine to determine the biochemical indexes such as blood routine test, serum creatine kinase (CK), blood urea nitrogen (BU), serum testosterone (T), cortisol (C) and urine routine. Results: On the 10th day after sub - plateau training, the RBC and HCT were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the BU were significantly increased (P <0.05). The level of RBC, HCT, Hb and BU in sub-altitude training increased significantly (P <0.05), while the levels of CK, T and T / C decreased significantly There was no significant difference in RBC, Hb, HCT, CK, BU and sub-altitude before training on the 10th day, T and T / C were still significantly lower than those before sub-altitude training (P <0.05) Significant abnormal indicators appear. The results show that: this group of boxers can basically adapt to this sub-plateau training load.
