目的探讨肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在子宫平滑肌肿瘤组织中的表达及其与血管生成和预后的关系。方法2004年1~12月采用免疫组织化学染色对吉林大学第二医院妇产科15例正常子宫肌层,28例子宫平滑肌瘤,19例子宫平滑肌肉瘤组织中ADM的表达及微血管密度(MVD)进行检测。结果子宫平滑肌瘤组织和平滑肌肉瘤组织中ADM表达与MVD均呈正相关(rs=0.823,P<0.01;rs=0.793,P<0.01)。子宫平滑肌瘤与平滑肌肉瘤组织中ADM表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);在子宫平滑肌肉瘤中ADM阳性表达与核分裂相呈正相关,核分裂相多则ADM表达高且预后差(P<0.05)。结论ADM是子宫平滑肌肿瘤血管生成及肿瘤发展的重要调节因子,可能作为估计肌瘤恶性潜能及判断平滑肌肉瘤预后的辅助指标,并为子宫平滑肌肿瘤的抗血管生成及抗癌治疗提供新的分子靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM) in uterine smooth muscle tumor and its relationship with angiogenesis and prognosis. Methods From January to December 2004, the expression of ADM and the microvessel density (MVD) in 15 cases of normal myometrium, 28 cases of uterine leiomyoma and 19 cases of uterine leiomyosarcoma were analyzed by immunohistochemistry in the second hospital of Jilin University. ) For testing.
