江苏仪征化纤联合工业公司污水处理场,一期工程日处理量为36000t。该系统贮水、贮汽构筑物多,结构复杂,防水抗渗要求高。共有圆形、矩形构筑物19座。其中构筑物周长在50m以上、采用分层赶浆法施工的有14座,占总数的74%,混凝土量达2170m~3。采用本法施工的钢筋混凝土池壁均为双排钢筋,池壁最低者近3m,最高者达7.5m,池壁厚0.2~0.6m,周长最短者57.6m,最长165m。采用200~250号、抗渗标号为B8的混凝土。根据现场情况,我们采用分层赶浆法连续施工,不产生水平及垂直施工缝,保证了
