目的:研究长远航期间不同阶段舰员认知功能和作业能力的变化。方法:采用心理仪器注意分配仪(EP708A)、手指灵活性测量仪(EP109)及连线测验分别于出航1、6个月时对执行“和谐使命-2018”长远航任务的舰员进行部分认知功能和作业能力的测量。结果:出航6个月时与出航1个月时相比,舰员对高音、中音、低音3种声音反应的正确次数提高,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01);对中音和光的反应时间减少,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);对低音反应的错误次数减少,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01);连线测验A系统的完成时间减少,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);连线测验B系统的完成时间增加,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);手指灵活性任务用时减少,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。n 结论:舰员认知功能和作业能力在长远航后期总体优于长远航早期。“,”Objective:To study the changes of the crew’s cognitive function and performance during long oceangoing voyages.Methods:The cognitive function and performance of the crew members of the “ Mission Harmony 2018” were measured by the attention distribution instrument (EP708A), finger dexterity tester (EP109), and trail making test A and B at 1 month and 6 months after the Mission began, and the data were compared.Results:Comparing the data at 6 month after the Mission began with those at 1 month after the Mission began, the correct responses of the crew to the low-, middle-, and high-pitch sound were significantly increased (n P<0.01); the reaction time to middle-pitch sound and light was significantly reduced (n P<0.05); the wrong responses to low-pitch sound were significantly reduced (n P<0.01); the completion time of trail marking test A was significantly reduced (n P<0.05), while that of test B was significantly increased (n P<0.05); the time to finish finger dexterity task was significantly reduced (n P<0.01).n Conclusion:The crew members had better cognitive function and performance in the late leg of the voyage than those in the early leg of the voyage.
