分析了目前煤矿安全监控系统存在的3个突出问题:传感器不能有效覆盖关键采区,现有数据传输的方式不能及时上传数据,井下诸多电气设备的电磁干扰。针对问题提出相应的技术改进方案:利用便携式传感器实现系统从有线到无线传输,有效覆盖事故隐患采区;利用CAN总线,数据传输更加准确、可靠、快速;采取可靠的电磁防护,提高井下设备的电磁兼容性,保证安全监控系统的正常运行。技术改进后的安全监控系统性能稳定、质量可靠、维护方便,满足目前煤矿安全生产的要求。
This paper analyzes the three outstanding problems in the coal mine safety monitoring and control system at present: the sensor can not effectively cover the key mining area, and the existing data transmission methods can not upload the data and electromagnetic interference of many electrical equipments underground. In order to solve the problem, a corresponding technical improvement scheme is put forward: the portable sensor is used to realize the system transmission from wired to wireless and effectively cover the hidden trouble area of accident; the data transmission is more accurate, reliable and fast using CAN bus; the reliable electromagnetic protection is adopted to improve the underground equipment Electromagnetic compatibility, to ensure the safety monitoring system’s normal operation. Technical improvement of the safety monitoring system with stable performance, reliable quality, easy maintenance, to meet the current safety requirements of coal mines.
