本文对某化工厂ＰＴＡ第一结晶罐搅拌器的故障进行了分析，找到了故障原因，并重新设计了轴套及搅拌轴，选大号轴承及粗压盖螺栓，以传递及支承搅拌的载荷，实践证明改造是成功的。
