我和大家分享探讨的是香港大学-深圳医院的全科医生培训模式.rn1 开展培训的原因rn1.1 观念的不一致香港大学-深圳医院于2012年7月1日开始试营业,香港大学的家庭医学及首诊医疗部也在医院开办了家庭医学全科门诊,以“先全科,后专科”的理念为深圳市民提供全科医疗服务.由于香港大学与内地大学存在背景差异,我们在创办医院之初就决定与全科医学相联系,因此我们非常注重全科实践环境,希望这个医院为全科医生规范化培训提供“以病人为中心”且能够支持及促进全科医疗服务标准的实践环境.
