打渔张灌区五千渠位于东营市南部,始建于1958年。干渠原设计输水能力为24.0m~3/S。为了满足胜利油田用水需求,同时达到防渗、节水和固坡、输沙的目的,于1984年对原渠道进行了扩建治理。治理后的渠道全长49.8km,全部为混凝土板衬砌,渠底宽为16.5～11.0m,深3.0m,边坡为1:1.5,渠道比降为1/7,000,设计流量为35.0m~3/S。由于干渠所经过的区域的土质主要为粉砂壤土,粉粒含量在70%以上,
