The Third Digital China Summit, held in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian Province, south-east China, from October 12 to 14, was a kind of closing ceremony for an initiative that started three years ago. After the fi rst summit was held in 2018, the city authori-ties announced a three-year action plan (2018-20) for building a digital Fuzhou.
