四川省重庆市肿瘤研究室在1983年采用中国科学院遗传研究所引进的中国仓鼠的成纤维细胞Wg~3-h进行姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)的研究,应用国际推荐的标准程序作加入和不加入代谢活化系统的SCE实验,对17种化学试剂(其中8种致癌,8种非致病,另一种无致癌性资料)进行了SCE测定,结果均与国外文献报告资料相符,检出灵敏度比Ames试验约高1000倍。研究表明,这种方法特别适用于检测微量物质和低诱发性致癌物,性能稳定可靠、准确,是一种值得推荐的短期筛选检测致突变物的方法。
Cancer Research Laboratory of Chongqing Municipality, Sichuan Province In 1983, Sister Chromatid Exchange (SCE) was studied using the Chinese hamster fibroblasts Wg-3-h introduced by the Institute of Genetics of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The application of internationally recommended standard procedures And SCE experiments without metabolic activation system, SCE was performed on 17 kinds of chemicals (including 8 kinds of carcinogens, 8 kinds of non-pathogenic ones and the other kind of non-carcinogenic ones). The results were in line with those reported in foreign literature. The sensitivity is about 1000 times higher than the Ames test. Studies have shown that this method is particularly suitable for the detection of trace substances and low-induced carcinogens, stable and reliable performance, accurate, is a recommended short-term screening of mutagens.
