设计制作了圆形ETFE气枕模型,进行气枕粘塑性成形试验,得到气枕膜面高度与内压的实时变化曲线。基于Perzyna的粘塑性本构方程,对ETFE薄膜进行单向拉伸试验,得到材料拉伸曲线及屈服强度,通过MATLAB拟合得到Perzyna本构方程参数,利用有限元软件进行了数值分析,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明:ETFE气枕粘塑性成形过程试验结果与数值分析结果吻合良好,运用Perzyna粘塑性本构方程以及非线性材料模型可以准确、有效地完成ETFE粘塑性成形过程分析。
Design and manufacture of a round ETFE air pillow model, air pillow viscoplastic forming test, get the air pillow membrane surface height and internal pressure real-time curve. Based on Perzyna’s visco-plastic constitutive equation, the ETFE film was subjected to uniaxial tensile test to obtain the tensile curve and yield strength of the material. Perzyna constitutive equation parameters were obtained by MATLAB fitting, and the numerical analysis was carried out by finite element software. The test results are compared. The results show that the experimental results of the ETFE air-cushion viscoplastic forming process are in good agreement with the numerical results. The visco-plastic ETFE visco-plastic forming process can be accurately and effectively analyzed using the Perzyna visco-plastic constitutive equation and the nonlinear material model.
