一、前言随着经济体制改革的深入进行,投标和签约将逐渐成为今后企业间经营活动的主要形式;对外经贸活动更是依靠投标和签约来进行的。因此正确认识和处理报价和签约中的价格和与价格有关的条款就显得特别重要。我们应该认识它们各自的含义和互相之间的关系,以便在经营业务中灵活地加以运用,促进国内外经济活动的发展。本文力图介绍国内外贸易中常用的价格术语和主要的商务条款,以及它们的关系。并对它们的使用场合和评价方法作一简要的分析。
I. INTRODUCTION With the deepening of economic system reform, bidding and signing will gradually become the main form of business activities among enterprises in the future; foreign economic and trade activities will be based on bidding and contracting. Therefore, it is particularly important to correctly understand and deal with the price and price-related terms of quotations and contracts. We should recognize their respective meanings and their relationships with each other so that they can be flexibly used in business operations and promote the development of economic activities at home and abroad. This article seeks to introduce commonly used price terms and major commercial terms in domestic and foreign trades and their relationships. And a brief analysis of their use and evaluation methods.
