以猪胆汁为原料,用钙盐法(A法),包括盐酸酸化(A1)、醋酸酸化(A2)和盐酸-醋酸联合酸化(A3),直接萃取法(B)和离子交换法(C)提取胆红素。以A3法和B法收率最高。以反相HPLC法对各工艺产品进行异构体的分离。结果表明各法生产的胆红素都含3种异构体,其中B法异构化程度最小。用大白鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化反应测定各异构体及各工艺产品中的抗氧化性,发现Ⅲ_a 与Ⅸ_a抗氧化能力相近,ⅩⅢ_a较差。B法产品含Ⅸ_a最高,抗氧化性最强,故认为该法为较理想的制备方法,其次为A3法。
