目的 :检测基底膜主要成分层粘连蛋白 (LN)、纤维粘结蛋白 (FN)及Ⅳ型胶原纤维 (ColⅣ )在大肠癌中的表达以及与浸润、转移的关系。方法 :免疫组化标记大肠癌组织中ColⅣ、LN及FN。结果 :大肠癌组织中基底膜成分存在不同程度的缺失 ,表现为ColⅣ、LN呈不连续、片状分布 ;癌组织分化越低 ,LN缺失越明显 ;ColⅣ表达与组织类型有显著关系 ,而与分化程度无关。一般腺癌阳性率明显高于粘液腺癌及印戒细胞癌 ;DukesB、C期大肠癌ColⅣ表达阳性率低于A期大肠癌 ;FN表达与上述因素关系不大。结论 :大肠癌基底膜成分的缺失与其侵袭、转移能力有关 ,尤其是ColⅣ的缺失可能标志其具较强的侵袭、转移能力。
AIM: To detect the expression of LN, FN and Col Ⅳ in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with infiltration and metastasis. Methods: Col Ⅳ, LN and FN were detected by immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer. Results: There was some degree of loss of basement membrane components in colorectal cancer tissues, showing ColⅣ, LN was discontinuous, flaky distribution; the lower the differentiation of cancerous tissue, the more obvious LN deficiency; Col Ⅳ expression and tissue type have a significant relationship, and The degree of differentiation has nothing to do. The positive rate of adenocarcinoma was obviously higher than that of mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma. The positive rate of ColⅣ in DukesB and C colorectal cancer was lower than that of A colorectal cancer. The expression of FN was not related to the above factors. Conclusion: The loss of basement membrane components of colorectal cancer is related to its invasion and metastasis, especially the loss of Col Ⅳ may indicate its strong invasion and metastasis.
