根据在引黄渠道上进行的原型观测试验提出了专门用于衬砌渠道的水流挟沙经验公式:观测分析了引黄衬砌渠道的糙率系数;提出了能同时满足输水输沙要求的纵横断面设计方法及有关参数的最佳取值;根据水沙运行规律分析了调控减淤的运用技术指标及实施调控运用的手段、条件及时机;研制了两条拖淤机船,结合生产应用进行了拖淤效果试验,证明其是一种良好的辅助输沙减淤措施。
