研究了以粉状聚丙烯为原料、以聚乙烯醇 (PVA )为稳定剂的旋转成型浆液料中的气泡效应。实验结果表明 ,浆液的t1/2 分层时间会随着浸渍时间的延长而减小 ,t1/4 分层时间会随着浸渍时间的延长而增大 ,并分别趋于稳定值。这分别是由于浆液中粉料颗粒间和颗粒内的气泡效应所引起的。本研究结果给出了检测浆液中气泡的存在和生成量的方法 ,并指出了消除浆液中气泡的途径
The bubble effect in the rotary molding slurry with powdered polypropylene as raw material and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as stabilizer was investigated. The experimental results show that the t1 / 2 delamination time of slurry decreases with the lengthening of immersion time, t1 / 4 delamination time increases with the leaching time, and tends to stable value respectively. This is due to the bubble effect between powder particles and particles in the slurry, respectively. The results of this study give a method for detecting the presence and amount of bubbles in the slurry and point out the way to eliminate bubbles in the slurry
