患者女性,56岁,1982年5月开始有右下腹疼痛,以后曾有四次发作,均对症治疗好转。83年3月14日又出现右下腹疼痛,检查右下腹近髂窝处可扪及10×8cm包块,压痛(+),反跳痛(+),有肌紧张,肿物质地中等硬,边界不清,固定,表面光滑。妇科检查:右侧盆腔丰满,肿物不易扪清。B型超声波提示右下腹包块。1983年3月23日,突然出现右下腹剧痛。急诊行剖腹探查,见腹腔有大量
The female patient, 56 years old, had pain in the right lower abdomen in May 1982 and had four episodes in the future. Both improved symptomatic treatment. On March 14, 83, there was pain in the right lower abdomen. The right lower abdomen was found near the fossa and the mass was 10 x 8cm. The tenderness (+), rebound tenderness (+), muscle tension, and mass were medium and hard. The border is unclear, fixed and the surface is smooth. Gynecological examination: full right pelvic cavity, tumor is not easy to clear. B-mode ultrasound prompted right lower abdomen mass.
