目的全面掌握河北省邯郸县生活饮用水水氟含量现状及分布情况,为政府决策以及氟中毒防治措施的制定提供科学依据。方法按照国家《2001年地方病防治项目技术实施方案》和《饮水型地方性氟中毒监测方案(试行)》的要求,采用GB/T 5750.5-2006中氟试剂分光光度法对全县生活饮用水进行水氟含量检测。结果共检测饮用水291份,水氟含量最低为<0.1 mg/L,最高为2.28 mg/L,水氟含量>1.0 mg/L有36份。结论部分乡镇和村饮用水水氟含量处于较高水平,须进一步加大防治力度,如不加以控制,有饮水型氟中毒的趋势。
Objective To comprehensively grasp the current situation and distribution of fluorine content in domestic drinking water in Handan County of Hebei Province and provide a scientific basis for government decision making and prevention and control of fluorosis. Methods According to the requirements of the National Endemic Diseases Prevention and Cure Project Technology Implementation Plan in 2001 and the Drinking Water-type Local Fluorosis Poisoning Program (Trial Implementation), GB / T 5750.5-2006 fluorogenic reagent spectrophotometry was used to study the drinking water of the county Water fluorine content detection. Results A total of 291 drinking water samples were tested. The lowest content of fluoride in water was <0.1 mg / L, the highest was 2.28 mg / L, and the content of fluoride in water was> 1.0 mg / L. Conclusion Some towns, villages and villages have a relatively high level of fluoride in their drinking water, and further efforts should be made to prevent and control fluoride. If they are not under control, they will have the tendency to drink fluoride poisoning.
