采用官能化的聚烯烃树脂代替传统的未改性的聚烯烃树脂,提高了基体树脂的流动性和树脂与木粉之间的界面粘结,从而增强了塑木复合材料的性能。结果表明该材料的性能指标可以通过调整官能化聚烯烃的种类(如PE、PP等)和含量而方便调节。
The use of functionalized polyolefin resins instead of conventional unmodified polyolefin resins enhances the flowability of the matrix resin and the interfacial adhesion between the resin and the wood flour thereby enhancing the performance of the WPC material. The results show that the performance of the material can be easily adjusted by adjusting the type of functionalized polyolefin (such as PE, PP, etc.) and content.
