从自然发病的养殖乌鳢肝脏、肾脏中分离纯化得到优势菌株,定名为DSY1301。该菌株在普通营养肉汤及TSA上生长缓慢,在血平板上生长迅速。通过回归感染试验证实为致病菌,其LD50为1.896×103cfu/mL。细菌16SrDNA全序列测定后在GenBank中进行序列比对分析,结果与多种气单胞菌属的细菌同源性都高达99%,通过扩增杀鲑气单胞菌表面阵列蛋白基因VapA确认为杀鲑气单胞菌,结合梅里埃ATB Expression生化结果最终确定为杀鲑气单胞菌杀鲑亚种。通过药敏试验发现对氟苯尼考和氯霉素敏感。
The predominant strain was isolated and purified from the liver and kidney of the naturally infected aquaculture, and named as DSY1301. The strain grows slowly on common nutrient broth and TSA and grows rapidly on blood plates. The LD50 was 1.896 × 103 cfu / mL, which was confirmed as a pathogen by regression analysis. Sequence analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence of the bacteria in GenBank showed that the homology of the 16S rDNA was as high as 99% with that of the other Aeromonas species. It was confirmed by amplifying the surface array protein gene VapA of A. salmonicida Aeromonas sobria, combined with Merrell ATB Expression biochemical results eventually identified as Salmonella typhimurium Salmonella subspecies. Susceptibility to florfenicol and chloramphenicol was detected by susceptibility testing.
