供电企业作为当前与社会需求息息相关的重要企业,其运行与发展的状态与民众生活均有着切实的关联。随着人力资源统管战略的实施,供电企业的人才队伍建设问题日益凸显,在供电企业内部开展人力资源管理诊断分析评估工作便成为势在必行的重要工作。文章立足于人力资源管理的特点,对其在供电企业管理中的必要性进行了分析论述。
As an important enterprise that is closely related to the current social needs, power supply enterprises have a close relationship between their state of operation and development and people’s life. With the implementation of human resource management strategy, the power supply company’s talent team construction has become increasingly prominent. It is imperative to carry out human resource management diagnostic analysis and evaluation within the power supply enterprise. Based on the characteristics of human resource management, the article analyzes and discusses the necessity of its management in power supply enterprises.
