研究了V和W对过共晶高铬铸铁显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在过共晶高铬铸铁中单独加入0~2.0%V,共晶碳化物得到明显的细化,形成了V的碳化物V_6C_5,V含量的增加没有改变V的碳化物的类型。同时加入V和W后,形成了V_6C_5、W的碳化物以及Fe_6W_6C,V不同于Ti,V不能改变W的分布形态,也不能和W一起形成碳化物,对初生碳化物的细化效果不大。铸态和热处理态试样随着V含量的增加,基体的显微硬度值增大,同时加入V和W的试样最大,分别为646.48 HV和806.06 HV,洛氏硬度为64.17 HRC,而冲击韧度变化不大,没有出现明显的下降。
The effect of V and W on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron was studied. The results show that the addition of 0-2.0% V to the hypereutectic high chromium cast iron results in the refinement of the eutectic carbide and the formation of V carbide V_6C_5. The V content does not change with the increase of V content. After the addition of V and W, the formation of V_6C_5, W carbide and Fe_6W_6C, V is different from Ti, V can not change the distribution of W morphology, can not form a carbide with W, the refining of primary carbides is not effective . With the increase of V content, the microhardness values of the as-cast and as-treated samples increase with the addition of V and W samples, which are 646.48 HV and 806.06 HV, respectively. The Rockwell hardness is 64.17 HRC, while the impact Toughness changed little, no significant decline.
