随着翻转课堂、可汗学院等新概念的普及,微课程作为翻转课堂课前预习环节的重要载体,受到了教师和学校管理者的高度重视。然而微课程对于教师专业发展的作用也越来越显著。本文从对微课程的介绍开始,逐步分析外语教师专业发展模式的国内外研究状况及微课程在教师专业发展中的特性与优势,探索了基于微课程的外语教师专业发展的模式,以期为进一步的研究有所借鉴和启示。
With the popularization of new concepts like Flip Class and Khan Academy, Micro-Curriculum is highly regarded by teachers and school administrators as an important carrier for overturning the class preview. However, the role of micro-curriculum in teachers’ professional development is more and more obvious. This article starts from the introduction of micro-curriculum, analyzes the research status of foreign teachers’professional development mode at home and abroad and the characteristics and advantages of micro-curriculum in the development of teachers ’professional development step by step, explores the mode of foreign language teachers’ professional development based on micro-curriculum, The research has some lessons and enlightenment.
