结合笔者的实际工作经验,从公司总部的角度,讨论水电工程施工项目部人力资源管理程序。按照人力资源配置情况对人力资源从资质、业务能力各方面进行全方位人力资源管理。由于公司总部对项目部人力资源管理的特殊性,既要安排建设管理人员,又需要考虑工程实际及运行时人力资源的需求。及时安排人员进行培训,为保证项目正常推进及履约提供可靠的人力资源支撑。这就需要我们从人力资源管理程序进一步规范项目部人力资源管理效能。
Combined with the author’s actual work experience, from the corporate headquarters point of view, discuss the construction project department of human resources management procedures.
