定量分析生物细胞内的特异mRNA水平,是研究专一蛋白质分子基因表达的一项分子生物学新技术。Interleukin-2(IL-2)是T-细胞在促细胞分裂剂或抗原物质刺激下产生的特异天然蛋白(亦称T-细胞生长因子),是一种重要的免疫调节剂。我们发现IL-2的产生与老化过程关系十分密切,为进一步探讨IL-2的基因表达与老化过程的关系,我们首次报告应用分子杂交打点定量分析法,直接测定淋巴细胞中的IL-2 mRNA水平。
Quantitative analysis of specific mRNA levels in biological cells is a new molecular biology technique for studying the gene expression of specific protein molecules. Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a T-cell specific natural protein (also called T-cell growth factor) stimulated by mitogen or antigen. It is an important immunomodulator. We found that the production of IL-2 is closely related to the aging process. To further explore the relationship between IL-2 gene expression and aging process, we report for the first time the use of molecular hybridization RBI quantitative determination of IL-2 mRNA in lymphocytes Level.
