制冷剂喷射冷却(CSC)是采用激光热疗法治疗葡萄酒色斑(PWS)的重要辅助手段。为了揭示CSC在激光热疗中的冷却保护机理,采用计算机数值计算的方法定量分析带有CSC的PWS激光热疗过程。结果表明,采用计算机数值解法离散微分方程,很好地模拟了带有CSC的PWS激光热疗过程。CSC可有效保护表皮层免受热损伤,而且可提高激光热疗过程中的许用激光能量密度,有助于增加疗效;皮肤表面温度随着传热系数的增加而降低,但降低的幅度随传热系数的增大而不断减小;提高组织的初始温度有助于提高疗效,但有可能带来热损伤危险,应同时适当延长制冷剂喷射时间以避免发生热损伤。
Refrigerant jet cooling (CSC) is an important adjunct to the treatment of wine stains (PWS) with laser thermotherapy. In order to reveal the cooling protection mechanism of CSC in laser hyperthermia, the PWS laser hyperthermia with CSC was quantitatively analyzed by computer numerical method. The results show that PWS laser hyperthermia with CSC is well simulated by using numerical solution method of discrete differential equations. CSC can effectively protect the epidermis from thermal damage, and can improve the allowable laser energy density in the laser hyperthermia, which can help to increase the curative effect. The skin surface temperature decreases with the increase of the heat transfer coefficient, but the decreasing extent decreases with Heat transfer coefficient increases and decreases; increase the initial temperature of the tissue will help to improve the curative effect, but may bring the risk of thermal injury. At the same time, the injection time of the refrigerant should be appropriately extended to avoid heat damage.
